I created a toolkit for myself to ensure compatibility with a variety of PSE versions, and I wanted to share it with you - I hope you find it useful!

Created in Photoshop CS4 and compatible with PSE - XML files are also included for PSE users, and all the pieces you need to write PSE compatible actions!
