This is the COMMERCIAL USE version.
Create your own bokeh effect with your choice of colors, document size, and using any of the 6 included bokeh shape brushes. Bokeh shapes include the standard circle, heart, diamond, fleur de lis, music notes, and a flower shape. Simply install the action, load the brushes, and press play. The action will create a new document for you (you specify the size) (PSE Users will need to have any document open first). Default colors are used but can easily be changed when the action is complete. You will end with a background layer and three separate bokeh layers (small, medium and large) - easily change the gradient on each layer and your own choice of background color when complete. Choose to save it as a jpg file with the background color, or turn off that layer and save the three bokeh layers as a png. Use on papers and photos, and play with the blending effects.
